Tai Chi group, 2-3 sessions a month for a rejuvenating experience!

EVERY 2ND, 4TH & 5TH TUESDAY 10:30-11:30AM

Experience a body-mind harmonic motion to health, improving mental and physical well-being. All skill levels are welcome.

This 18-gentle form of exercise is low-impact and slow motion, combining deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. It doesn’t put pressure on joints and bones, yet encourages the mind to be focused and alert.  An ideal form of fitness for all ages and fitness levels. 

After the session, you are invited to Wesley’s Cafe for a cuppa☕🫖 (included in the fee), an added bonus of unwinding and social connection!
