The Lower Hall is available to hire on its own or in conjunction with the Kitchen.  It measures approximately 6.7m x 9.4m x 3m high.  It seats 40 comfortably on tables of 6 or 8.  

The hall contains 30 upholstered chairs and more plastic ones can be brought from other parts of the building.  Foldable tables are also available. There is also a good quality upright piano.

There is a NO alcohol policy.

 Rate per hour £30.00

Rate per hour for Lower Hall and Kitchen £55.00.  There is a block booking discount of £170.00 for the hire of the kitchen and Lower Hall for 3.5 hours, eg, for a child's birthday party.
