Come and join our friendly Walking with Nature group along the beautiful Beeline Way.
Alongside our usual relaxed walking pace, we are now introducing an optional 30-minute gentle jog for cardio fitness - ideal for adults who would like to improve stamina, strengthen the heart, or simply clear the mind after long hours of sitting, screen time, Zoom calls and meetings.
We hope this new addition may also encourage younger adults and working adults looking for a healthy and refreshing break from busy daily routines.
