Are you an adult who loves tennis but prefers a less physically demanding game?

Whether you're a beginner or have experience, our Short Tennis sessions are perfect for you.  Here are five benefits of joining Short Tennis sessions:

Gentle on the Body
Short Tennis offers a low-impact way to enjoy tennis, making it perfect for adults looking for a less physically demanding game. This modified format allows you to stay active without overexertion.

Enhances Hand-Eye Coordination
Short Tennis is ideal for honing hand-eye coordination, which can benefit other daily activities and improve overall physical control and agility.

Boosts Mental Well-being
Playing regularly provides a positive mental boost, helping to reduce stress and improve mood. Short Tennis sessions offer a refreshing break in the week, giving you time to unwind and focus on enjoying the game.

Social Connection and Community
With a fun and supportive group environment, Short Tennis is a great way to make new friends and connect with like-minded enthusiasts, fostering a sense of community.

Builds Consistent Activity into Your Routine
Playing weekly on Thursdays encourages a regular fitness routine. Consistency is key to maintaining both physical and mental wellness, and Short Tennis makes it easy to stay engaged and active year-round.

To register, please contact Lee at Wesley’s in New Malden.  Secure your spot soon, and don’t miss this enjoyable way to stay fit and make friends!

Our sessions will be held on Thursday from 1-3pm.  We might pause during the festive season so please check What's on Wesley's for any updates.

The venue is on the first floor of the hall, which requires climbing a flight of stairs, so it may not be suitable for everyone. Places are limited, so be sure to book to secure your spot soon.
